Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all children and parents/guardians participating in any Supreme Academy programme.
1.2 By registering a child online and/or attending sessions, parents/guardians agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Supreme Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated where appropriate.
2. Access to Sessions
Children may access Supreme Academy sessions in one of the following ways:
2.1 Non-Membership (Pay-Per-Session)
- Sessions are paid for individually in advance.
- If a session is cancelled by Supreme Academy, the fee for that session will be refunded.
- This option is intended for occasional attendance and is not cost-effective for regular weekly participation.
2.2 Membership
- Membership is charged as a fixed monthly fee and secures a child’s place in the programme.
- Membership is not calculated on a per-session basis.
- The monthly fee remains the same regardless of whether a month contains three, four, or five sessions.
- Membership offers a significantly reduced effective cost per session compared to non-membership.
- The standard membership fee of £39.99 covers one weekly session, lasting for one hour.
3. Sessions, Cancellations & Make-Ups
3.1 Supreme Academy aims to deliver all scheduled sessions but reserves the right to cancel sessions due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. weather, venue availability, staffing issues).
3.2 Membership Cancellation Policy
- Where two sessions are cancelled within the same calendar month, Supreme Academy will either:
- arrange a suitable make-up session, or
- apply a fee adjustment to the following month.
- Where fewer than two sessions are cancelled within a calendar month, no refund or credit is applied.
3.3 Cancellations are rare. Most programmes run at least four sessions per month, and often five.
3.4 Missed sessions due to a child’s absence are not refundable or transferable.
3.5 Parents/Guardians of members may request a cancellation of membership at any time and their request will be fulfilled ahead of the next scheduled payment date (1st of the month). Cancellation requests must be made to us via email (info@supremeacademy.co.uk) and will only apply to the following month. We operate a strict no-refund policy.
4. Holiday Periods
4.1 Supreme Academy operates on a published training calendar.
4.2 Scheduled holiday periods (including Christmas and other school holidays) are not included in the membership fee unless explicitly stated.
4.3 Sessions that fall outside the training calendar are not considered cancelled or missed sessions and are not rescheduled or credited.
5. Fees & Price Changes
5.1 Fees are reviewed periodically to reflect staffing, facilities, and operational costs.
5.2 Any temporary fee freezes or exemptions apply only to the specific period communicated and are not indefinite unless explicitly stated in writing.
5.3 Supreme Academy reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice.
6. Goodwill Adjustments
6.1 From time to time, Supreme Academy may offer goodwill adjustments at its discretion.
6.2 Goodwill gestures:
- do not constitute an admission of fault
- do not set a precedent
- are offered on a case-by-case basis
6.3 Due to the structure of memberships, individual sessions cannot be reimbursed under membership. Any refund would need to be processed as a full monthly refund, which may affect how sessions are charged during that period.
7. Communication
7.1 Key policies are outlined in:
- these Terms & Conditions
- the online registration process
- the welcome email sent when a child joins
- 7.2 Parents are encouraged to read these documents carefully and contact the academy if clarification is required.
8. Fairness & Consistency
8.1 Supreme Academy applies its policies fairly and consistently across all families.
8.2 While questions may arise, particularly for new members, the membership structure is designed to balance affordability for families with sustainability for the academy.
9. Withdrawal from Membership
9.1 Parents may withdraw from membership in line with the notice period stated at the time of registration.
9.2 Any outstanding fees must be settled before withdrawal takes effect.
